But first, let us not forget the true intended victor of this year’s Badger Sponsorship- the National Trails System.  Every single penny that went into this year’s giveaway goes directly to the Partnership for the National Trails System, a 501(c)(3) that connects member not-for-profit trail organizations and Federal agency partners to further the protection, completion, and stewardship of the 30 national scenic and historic trails within the National Trails System.  Although you, the reader, may not have won a prize package this year, *we all win* as your support for this year’s Badger Sponsorship helps to ensure a vibrant future for our beloved long trails.
