Bicycle Like

Heya!

Saving up for the trail has been fun. And by fun I mean working 4 jobs. From a week before Thanksgiving to about 3 weeks ago I was pushing 70+ hr weeks. It was very much like eating a clock. Time consuming. But today all of that changed. I just finished my last day at one of my jobs. My favorite job unfortunately, working at a pastry shop. It was also the job that gave me 35 hrs and a steady paycheck. I still have a month to go and I don’t have a steady paycheck coming in anymore. That’s not stressful or anything.

I’m like an acrobat who quit their job. Flipping out.

Stress. Stress is a thing. Just waiting for the trail to happen. Counting the days. What am I going to do?

I de-stress by playing Pathfinder. Who doesn’t feel more relaxed when you Babe Ruth a rock bug across the dungeon with a hammer bigger than you are? It’s scheduled creative fun time where you can imagine whatever you want. We went to space the other day and had to defeat the bad guy who thought his tin foil hut would save him from the aliens who keep attacking him. I probably lost all of you with that statement.

Point is that I play games to de-stress and pass the time. Now I have even more time so I can do a thing called sleeping I’ve heard so much about. I will also have more time to do more posts.

So yeah…. Saved up alot of money. My responsibilities are gradually getting smaller. I’m ready to go. Let’s get hiking!

Thanks for reading!

I also love to play games to de-stress. We have a game store near us where you can rent game, $5 for 3 nights. It’s pretty awesome. When are you starting? Hope you are able to get rested up before the trail, I can’t imagine trying to juggle so many jobs!
