The Miles Roll by Through Pennsylvania

Day 71 (18 Miles) Carlisle to Duncannon (Mile 1,148)

Carry four liters water, no water all day

Woke with left foot swollen and throbbing
Decided to stay off feet for the day
Maybe aim for Wind Gap tomorrow, five miles away
Spamtown fetched several liters of water for me
Flash left me with a bud
Keep foot elevated

Day 80 (21.1 Miles) Leroy A. Smith Shelter to Delaware Water Gap (Mile 1294.7)
Woke and foot was much better
Hiked to Wind Gap got water, shower, and recharge at Gateway Hotel
