Hello from Maine

Just a little about me….

I grew up in a small fishing village on the coast of Maine and my family has a camp in northern Maine about a mile from the AppalachianTrail.

I am happily married (29 years and counting) with two adult children and three grandchildren.

I have dreamed of thru hiking since I was just a small girl and feel so blessed to live out this dream in March!

You’re a rockstar. You deserve all of this, so much. I know. Because I’ve been the beneficiary of your selflessness for 28 years. You will do this and you will love it. I can’t wait to read all about it.
    I love you!

Who know, maybe this will prepare me to thru hike when I’m 60 ?. We will be starting in May, hope to meet some of you on the trails. Good luck, safety to all and God bless.

    Hello morninglori,
Your words hit me hard as I feel the very same in my heart! My husband hiked half of the AT last year, GA to PA. Now I want a turn! But I need a couple more years to prep, and build more courage. Lol. I’m hoping to follow your blogs, and good luck in your adventure.
