Noticed you’re living in Brooklyn and training for a marathon – check out North Brooklyn Runners, my old running group; they have tons of group runs happening all throughout the week at varying times, all of which accommodate varying paces. I’d recommend Sunday Funday for your long runs!

Thanks for the infographic, Stretch. What strategies did you use to keep your grocery costs so low on trail? I’m planning a 2016 thru hike and expecting that part of the budget to be a bit bigger. Thanks!
