AT Training on Mount Rainier

Today’s training: A 2,200 foot climb along Van Tramp Creek to Comet Falls.  We pass by over 100 cascades on this steep trek.  Hiking poles and traction chains on our hiking boots help us negotiate the frozen snow and ice.
