Update 1: Hiker Intro

For now, I’m Liz– I suppose that may change if or when I get a trail moniker. I will be attempting a northbound thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail, beginning April 2018. The plan is to video blog the experience, mostly because I’m a Leo and we like attention.

Things I Learned By Making This Video

  • I had to edit out like 5,000 “ums” in an attempt to cut the length down and not bore everyone.
  • Posting video updates is going to seriously drain my battery along the trail.
  • The lack of makeup I’ll have on the trail should be good for my humility.

There are a couple people in town that may have some helpful advice for you . Brad Herrick has compleled the trail a couple years ago / use to live on middle road and Les Godin , accomplished climer not part time trail angel ! It wouldn’t hurt to get ahold of them ! I bet they would go out of there way to help you
