Video – New Jersey and New York

New Jersey, I owe you an apology.

You’re lovely.

Jersey, while still rocky, was such a welcome reprieve from Pennsylvania. After some great hiking through the Delaware Water Gap, we started to hit roadside delis, a welcome trend that continued through New York.

New York was an often frustrating state filled with many pointless ups and downs without views, but we were able to grab lunch or dinner at pubs, delis, pizza shops and gas stations on an almost daily basis.

When we resupplied before hitting Connecticut, I’m pretty sure I had tuna packets in my bag that had been there since jersey.
