Hi! The name's Amanda. I’m 23 and a recent college graduate with an obsession for all things nature. I hold a degree in Wildlife Biology and am currently working for the Forest Service. Since being dragged into the world of the outdoors by my best friend, I’ve been aspiring to thru-hike the Appalachian trail. It all comes down to March of 2016 where we will both be venturing off to complete our 2,185 mile goal. Along the way I’ll be blogging and sharing about my mountain adventures, nature encounters , and all of the trail fails that come with living outdoors for five months.
