Hey there! My name is Emmy and I am part of the Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike community of 2018! I am an avid traveler for both work and pleasure, and a lover of anything to do with the natural world. My love for hiking and the outdoors starting when I was a child growing up in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY. Since then I have been fortunate to experience the beauty of NC, VT, WA, CO, and currently OR. I am looking forward to reconnecting with family and friends along the east coast, as well as making new friends and “tramily” along the way. I hope you enjoy my posts!
