The thing I hate most…talking about myself. I honestly don’t know where to start. I’m a native Floridian, that has a crazy love for the mountains but will never leave the beach! I have been in retail for the last 20 years, stuck inside under fluorescent lights always dreaming of the outdoors. I first stepped on the trail in 2017. Something about the way it instantly takes away your ego, I instantly fell in love. I decided to combine this desire to complete a thru hike along with a potential mid-life crisis of turning 40. April 1st can’t come soon enough, and that’s not a joke!!!
