Hi guys, my name is Jacob and I'm a physiotherapist from Australia. I'll be trading the sun, surf and sand for 5 months on the Appalachian Training heading SOBO in 2020. I've been drawn to outdoors from a young age and have always toyed with the idea of pushing my limits on a Thru-hike.
