Jennie "Sage" Passehl

Hey- I’m Sage. I’ve been roaming around this country and soaking in the experiences that mother nature offers me. I’ve trekked a variety of the long trails (PCT ’18, CT ’21, WT ’22, & AZT ’24 &'26) as well as over a thousand miles around Washington State. While walking long trails, I’ve learned to listen – not just to the wild landscapes, but to the part of me that’s been trying to tell a story. I want to share the raw reality of what it means to rebuild a body and spirit through trekking, and to remind others that the trail can be a powerful place of healing and rebirth. Come along with me on my Arizona Trail thru-hike as I write the story, while still walking it.
