Howdy, Trekkers! I live in New Jersey, just 35 minutes from the AT. I’m a seasoned backpacker, an AT Trail Maintainer for the Stairway to Heaven section, an AT B-Level Sawyer, and a Volunteer Trail Crew Leader. I thru-hiked the AT in ‘07 and ‘12 and have since become more of a LASHer, exploring various trails over the years. My trekking highlights include the Huayhuash Circuit (’08), the Long Trail (’16), the Colorado Trail (’17), the NJ/NY Highlands Trail (’20), the NY Long Path (’21), the Tahoe Rim Trail (’22), the Finger Lakes Trail (’24), the PA Mid State Trail (’25), and PA/NY/VT of the North Country Trail. I am currently section-hiking the Arizona Trail (AZT). In November 2025, I walked from the Southern Terminus to Kearny. For 2026, I’m excited to finish the AZT and share the journey as a Trek Blogger. I’ll be back on the trail for three weeks in late March and will return for a final two weeks in October to reach the finish line. Glad to have you along for the ride!
