My name is Kelsey, but I’ve been known to go by Garbage Woman on trail. I’m a Biologist, Environmentalist, Educator, Backpacking Guide, Thru-Hiker, and lover of all things living and dead. When I’m not hiking, you can find me out in the field land-managing, surveying endangered species, or searching for decomposing animal skeletons. I live for that sort of stuff. I thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022, the Colorado Trail in 2024, and many shorter trails in the in-between. Most recently, I started guiding backpacking trips in the Sierra, Grand Canyon, and beyond. Instagram is the best place to DM me a photo of the cool animal or plant you found @ kelseey311
