My name is Liz, and I'm one of your friendly neighborhood bloggers here at Appalachian Trials. Originally from Western Massachusetts, I am flip-flop hiking the AT this year, beginning in Virginia in May. I love to share my experiences with others, and in general learning as much as I possibly can.
