Hello! My name is Marcy, originally from the great state of Texas, currently residing in North Carolina as I am an Army Veteran. Growing up in Houston, it never once occurred to me that people walk around in the woods simply for the joy of it. It was during my time in service that I realized my love for the outdoors and how much beauty there is to be discovered in nature. On Easter 2020, I’ll be stepping off to thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail!
