Greetings fellow Earthlings, my name is Beans, and if you're wondering where that name originates, you should check out ye ol' instagram @thebeansbabe ... I'm a dedicated legume lover, what can I say? About me: I'm originally from Wisconsin, but have bean bopping across the country for the past few years building trails, dirt bagging, ski bumming, and in 2022 thru hiking was added to that list. After completing the Appalachian Trail, I decided to formulate a *life goal*. "oooh, ahhh" I am attempting to thru hike all of the National Scenic Trails and potentially become the first woman to THRU hike them all. I have absolutely no clue how long this will take, but for now I am planning to hike the Potomac Heritage Trail, the New England Trail, the Long Trail (not an NST, but still cool), and the Ice Age Trail in 2023. Oh, I forgot to mention that I will be carrying CANS of beans with me the entire way, just like the cowboys used to, proper. Haha, stay tuned folks.
