Late 20-something yoga teacher, most recently from Golden Colorado. I'm a moderately experienced day-hiker with a few nights of backpacking under my belt. After a rough two years medically, I am looking to heal and reset as I attempt to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail. Other than yoga, I also enjoy sarcasm, sugar and caffeine...and obviously, the great outdoors.
