Hi, I'm Michael, a.k.a. 3rd Wind out on the Trail! I just finished my first long-section hike, going from Springer to Davenport Gap (240mi) in a month. I hope to take a month a year and finish sometime around 2050...kidding... I am an avid section hiker and a hopeful someday thru-hiker. I like to dehydrate my own food for hiking, and I really love to introduce new people to the outdoors and hiking experience.
