In 2021 at the age of 62, I retired and moved from Virginia to Mississippi with my wife Sally to be close to 5 of our 6 grandkids. For years I have dreamed of a Thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, in March I will step onto the trail and follow in the path that so many that I have read about and heard their stories on various podcast have taken before me. I am looking forward to the challenge and adventure of a lifetime! Happy Trails!
