I’m a Pacific Northwest Native recently transplanted to Nashville TN. I’ve worn a lot of different hats over the years a few of those are aerospace mechanic, travel agent, union activist, ballroom dancer and in April 2020 I will begin a new chapter as PCT long distance hiker (we will hopefully add the THRU part later). I grew up in the PNW camping and appreciating the outdoors. I have always felt connected to nature. Unfortunately, for many years I was disconnected from it and suffered physically and emotionally as a result. I discovered hiking again several years ago and started taking frequent day hikes in the Cascades near my home. Those hikes reignited my passion for nature and hiking. I am looking forward to sharing my experience with friends, family and the trail community!
