I'm from the Netherlands, the only country on this planet which basically exists of flat land. Mount Saint Peter, with a stunning 561 ft above sea level is our one and only mountain. That's why I pursued my biggest dream last year and thru-hiked the entire PCT. I'm shooting for a CDT thru-hike in 2016 because this is a lifestyle I just simply love, love, love. I'm honored to have two trail names: Arctic Fox (given to me after breaking a part of trail which was buried under 10 ft. of snow) and Nordic Rave because I like to blast dark and mean beats from my phone. This helps me to hike hard. When I don't hike, I love to write and teach yoga. I've been blogging about my PCT 2014 thru-hike here: www.hikingyogablog.wordpress.com

When I started my Pacific Crest Trail southbound thru-hike, I didn't haveĀ a trail name yet. Though prior to my hike, I had given it some thought.
