Really, most understand. Met some 20-somethings schlepping the CT who had to “share”. Jeez, What are we: unpaid shrinks? After a minute of another’s self-reflection, I wanted to take a bath! How rude!
We would flip out if someone dumped crud on our brand new carpet. But we allow others to dump on us. Why?
It’s a fantastic walk: not a place to “find you self” or seek therapy. That’s how psychologists make their career.
Put one foot in front of the other. Enjoy the amazing scenery. It’s called walking. Reach out be kind. If all else fails: be quiet.
