Congratulations to these 2022 Pacific Crest Trail Thru-Hikers: Part 1

Months on trail have led up to this exact, victorious moment: the final steps towards the Pacific Crest Trail northern terminus. Thru-hikers woke up every morning, either in their tent or in the comfort of a cheap bed in town, and ticked off miles towards their final destination. They hiked through desert, submitted iconic peaks, trekked amongst old growth forests, and crossed countless rivers.

Thru-hiking isn’t easy. It’s not meant to be.

Regardless of the mental and physical challenges hikers inevitably face from spending months on trail, these thru-hikers pushed through and successfully hiked 2,650 miles from Mexico to Canada. To everyone who completed the PCT, congratulations! This is an incredible feat that not many can claim as their own. You put in the work, overcame hardships, grew as a person, and completed something grand!

Join us in celebrating these amazing hikers on their accomplishment! Y’all deserve it.
