The Trek’s PCT Bloggers You Should Be Following on Instagram

Each new thru-hiking season, The Trek enlists a squad of hiker trash to share their stories with us as they crush trail miles between Mexico and Canada. We have selected a set of bloggers from this squadron that will deliver quality images and trail descriptions during their journey. Follow along to live vicariously, send positive vibes, track progress, and, hopefully, gain inspiration for a hike of your own.

It’s not every day that you finish hiking from Mexico to Canada, but on September 16th I walked those final miles of the Continental Divide Trail. Nearly 3,000 miles of hiking and 5 months earned me countless memories and new friends to cherish for a lifetime.

This year has felt like a war zone. I’ve overcome a lot. I’ve grown up more than ever. This upcoming year I am going to walk from Mexico to Canada. Not many people finish a thru hike of the PCT. I fully intend to climb up on that monument in British Columbia, cry and then spray anyone and everyone with champagne. In 2020, I want to continue to work on the things I’ve been working on and find more of myself and get a really good job so I can not live in a tent. Also every day next year I will be waking up and saying it’s a going to be a great fucking day.
