2020 PCT Hikers Invited to the PCTA’s Webinar on 2/24

The Pacific Crest Trail Association is inviting members of the PCT class of 2020 to their trail information webinar on Monday, February 24, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

The webinar is free, and aimed at people who currently have a PCT long-distance permit, but all are welcome to join.

Interested hikers can can connect to the live stream at pcta.org/webinar.

PCTA Trail Information Manager Jack “Found” Haskel will be leading the presentation, along with other potential hosts like PCTA Executive Director and CEO Liz Bergeron. The webinar will include discussions about how to have a safe, successful, and nature-friendly time on the trail.

The PCTA will answer as many hiker questions as time permits. Hikers will be able to submit questions within the webinar software or can email questions to the PCTA in advance at [email protected]. If you do this, be sure to write “Webinar Question” in the subject.

For those who can’t join Monday at 6 p.m. PT, a recording of the webinar will be posted the next day.
