The Long Trail (LT)
The Long Trail is a national scenic trail that runs 273 miles across the Green Mountain ridgeline from the Massachusets-Vermont border to the Vermont-Quebec border. The southernmost 100 miles are concurrent with the AT.
Fun Fact: Both the AT and the Long Trail were first conceived atop Stratton Mountain, VT, over which both trails now run.
