Privacy / Terms & Conditions It’s Still Summer Giveaway

Please read these Privacy/Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in the “It’s Still Summer Giveaway, presented by The Trek, Gossamer Gear, and Minus33” (the “Giveaway”). By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of The Trek, Gossamer Gear, Minus33, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway will commence on August 7th, 2023, and will conclude on August 21st, 2023 (“Giveaway Period”).
3. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided on the Giveaway’s official website or social media channels of The Trek, Gossamer Gear, or Minus33. Each participant must provide a valid email address to enter the Giveaway. By participating, you agree to receive emails from the participating brands regarding promotional offers and updates.
4. Prize Details:
The total prize package includes more than $$14,944.20 worth of prizes. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made except by the sponsors at their sole discretion. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize with another of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within five (5) business days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period. The winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winners grant The Trek, Gossamer Gear, Minus33, and their affiliates the right to use their names, likenesses, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Data Collection and Sharing:
Participants’ email addresses will be collected during entry and may be shared with the participating brands (The Trek, Gossamer Gear, and Minus33, just to name a few) for marketing and promotional purposes. Rest assured that any data collected will be handled in accordance with the sponsors’ respective privacy policies.
9. General Conditions:
The sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by the sponsors in their sole discretion. The sponsors also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Terms or tampers with the entry process.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless The Trek, Gossamer Gear, Minus33, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever arising out of your participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
