I am an older hiker, 60 later this year, who started hiking in 2016 with my thru hiker husband. He has hiked the AT 2009 and PCT 2019 and he's the reason I'm hooking on hiking. I am deathly afraid of open heights and snakes, I'll be the one screaming loudly! My trail name is No Shit for all the reasons! If there is a record for not shitting I'm sure to earn it. No shit, I really don't shit like a normal person. Two weeks is nothing to me! Yes, I've been to the doctor and yes, I've tried all your home remedies. I completed a LASH (long-ass section hike) in 2021, which is another way to say an attempted thru hike. I'm hell bent on completing my flip flop hike this year and cannot wait to start!
