I’m Emily! On a normal day you can find me either in a tree, field, or forest, most likely being a total goofball and making horrible puns. This June I’ll be EMbarking upon a SOBO hike after I wrap up my final year of nursing school. Although I have zero experience with backcountry cooking, I'll be constructing all my own meals and food drops due to food allergies. Looking forward to the quiet of the woods, the simplicity of living out of a backpack, my legs as my vehicle, and doing more with less.
