How I Am NOT Prepared for the PCT
Now I’m writing a post with lists even though I believe it’s one of the many things that’s wrong with today’s society. But I’m also a hypocrite. So who cares - here comes a list of “How I am not prepared for the PCT”!
Not training for the PCT
This trail is not meant for me. My whole life I’ve been very mediocre to bad at most athletic things. Maybe it came from being a very chubby, but very happy kid, or just from a lack of interest.

My name is Sara Falck. I turned 23 years old a couple of weeks back, and I feel like I know both everything and literally nothing about life. In almost 3 months, the 9th of April, I’m hiking the PCT. A decision that was both very impulsive but at the same time not at all. I was sitting on a toilet in the south of Colombia.
