Appalachian Trials Signed Book Giveaway Results

Last week, I asked you to take a chance by sharing a goal, project, or undertaking you’ve been putting off that you know you need to pursue. The top 10 entries would win a signed copy of Appalachian Trials.  The top three would win REI gift cards in addition to that.

Many of your comments embodied the spirit of this contest perfectly.  Some of them flat out blew me away.  Thank you for making this such a difficult process.

Before we get to the winners – let me say that I’m holding you accountable.  Not just to the winners, but everyone who entered into the contest.  By submitting your comment, you’ve admitted to me, the world, and (most importantly) yourself that there’s something in your subconscious telling you to take action.  Winning money to REI is fun incentive, as is a signed book, but these prizes pale in comparison realizing your higher purpose.  Please take this as your friendly kick in the butt.  Make shit happen.
