Hi!
My trail name is "Doctor Za" and I'm on a three-year quest to hike the Triple Crown by my 65th year! I thru-hiked the PCT in 2022, the CDT in 2023 and this year I take on AT. Thru-hiking has great challenges and rewards, especially for someone in their sixth decade, and I write about my experiences to encourage other seniors to get out on-trail so to find awe, grace, and gratitude.
