A Black Cat and An All Nighter

Yesterday morning, I was leaving a friend’s home when a beautiful BLACK cat decided to turn from the direction it was headed and cross my path.  I honestly said a little prayer so my day would go without hiccups.  God had much more important things to do than to worry about a silly superstition.  I actually blew it off as well … silly superstitions!  Happily I drove home to continue my day.  As it turned out, it was a day of … If anything could go wrong, it did, at the worst possible moment.  Thankful for unexpected guests and calls from well wishers … my BIG list of to dos continued to slip to the end of the day and on until 7:00am when I finally had to just shove all my leftover gear into a bag,  so I could leave for the airport.  On my way to ME in 10 minutes … I’ll finished packing my pack … eventually.  Darn cat!
