I am a US Navy Veteran and Licensed Massage Therapist, and I currently work as the principal massage therapist for the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. I completed a Southbound Appalachian Trail thru-hike in 2017 and will be attempting a southbound end-to-end of the Vermont Long Trail from July-August of 2019 and looking toward PCT and CDT in 2020!
