The first real views of some of the High Sierra as I make my way towards Cottonwood Pass where I would drop down to Horseshoe Meadows Trailhead Parking and hitchhike into Lone Pine, CA for a resupply, a hot shower, and a hot meal too! Spectacular feeling to be staring at these mountains. I was also sucking wind pretty good too. I never got any headaches but I did get a little light headed once or twice as I wasn't exactly acclimated to the altitude.

Hi from Down Under (aka Australia). I’ve recently moved here for 6 months to study abroad and could not be more excited, scared, and full of anticipation! Yes, the toilets do flush the opposite way and I’ve already been able to hold a koala and lay with a kangaroo! So I’ll be doing work from here and am so open for any suggestions for travel and hikes.
